Today is a special day for Student LunchBox. We are celebrating six years of serving college students across Los Angeles County, and in a meaningful full-circle moment, we are excited to share that Student LunchBox has been selected to participate in Target Circle Community Giving.

For six years, Student LunchBox has worked to fight college hunger and bring meaningful support directly to students on campuses. What began as a mission to provide food to students in need has grown into LA's trusted basic needs support system for college students who are working hard to stay enrolled, focused, and moving toward graduation.

Being selected for Target Circle Community Giving on our sixth anniversary makes this milestone even more powerful. Target Circle members can now vote for Student LunchBox and help direct Target’s community giving dollars toward our work. Every vote helps strengthen the systems that make our programs possible, including food recovery, campus deliveries, mobile markets, warehouse operations, transportation, and so much more!

This is more than a vote. It is a way to stand with students who are balancing school, work, family responsibilities, and rising living costs. It is a way to show that college students deserve support, stability, and the opportunity to pursue their education without hunger or unmet basic needs standing in the way.
